Daniels Waterfront Condos will see architects RAW Design, Giannone Petricone Associates, an award-winning Toronto-based design firm since 1995 and Rafael + Bigauskas Architects, also a Toronto-based architectural practice with 25 years of experience in the industry and landscape architects Claude Cormier + Associés joining forces with Daniels Corp. to design a spectacular waterfront condominium overlooking Lake Ontario located on an iconic landmark currently known as the Guvernment Complex near Sugar Beach.

132 Queens Quay East currently stands the 2.8 acre Guvernment and Koolhaus Entertainment Complex, Canada’s largest nightclub which The Daniels Corporation purchased to build condos and commercial properties.
The club will finally close its doors on January 31st, 2015. Formerly the RPM nightclub for about 10 years which brought legends like the Beastie Boys and made former Jamaican born Canadian DJ Chris Sheppard into a superstar in the dance music world. Now currently the Guvernment nightclub which opened its doors in 1996 where superstars such as Lady Gaga and the Rolling Stones played and where DJ Deadmau5 got his start. Charles Khaboth, owner of INK Entertianment tried to buy the building with his partners but were unsuccessful as Daniels Corp. has bought it to turn the site at Queens Quay and Lower Jarvis into residential and commercial properties known as the Daniels Waterfront Condos.
This area situated near the Jack Layton and Queens Quay terminals close to Sugar Beach is a waterfront neighbourhood featuring new condo and commercial development all along Queens Quay close to Lake Shore boulevard and the Gardiner Expressway.
